Obverse: VICTORIA D:G BRITT REG: F:D:  Portrait bust of Victoria left wearing small crown and veil.  Top cross on crown in field within border, wearing 13 pearls within necklace, half a garter star at base of bust under sash, sash touches linear circle then truncation, J.E.B. on edge of truncation.  Finely toothed border, shorter teeth within twin linear concentric circles and raised rim both sides.  Obverse Designer:  Joseph Edgar Boehm.
Reverse: St. George slaying dragon, date (1890) in exergue.  Reverse Designer:  Benedetto Pistrucci.
