· We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website including any loss or damage arising from the temporary unavailability of this website due to technical issues beyond our control.

· This website contains material such as design, layout, appearance, which is owned by us or licensed to us. Reproduction of same is prohibited with the exceptions of the terms of our Copyright Notice which is part of the within Terms and Conditions.

· This website also contains links to third parties’ websites. We are not responsible for the content of these third parties’ websites. The inclusion of any links is for your general information and it does not imply that Aura Numismatics endorses the views and information expressed within them.

3. Purchasing from our website

3.1.Your Order

· You will receive an email when your order is received by us. Dispatch is usually within 1 – 2 days from receipt of payment. We will notify you should any problems arise (for example if the item is out of stock, or if there is a problem with payment, etc.). You will receive a separate email when the item is dispatched with a tracking number.

3.2.Pricing and Delivery Costs

· The price of the purchase will include the price of the item(s) purchased and the delivery costs associated with it.

· The delivery costs are in accordance with the rates for registered post of the Irish Postal Services, An Post. For more information for delivery times and rates please visit www.anpost.ie.

· Where more than one item has been ordered, the delivery costs will be paid once and all items will be sent within one package. Should you not wish the items to be combined in one package, please let us know or purchase the items in separate transactions.

· For deliveries outside Europe, for express deliveries and deliveries with other means of postage (for example Courier), please check before ordering with Aura Numismatics by email to auranumismatics@proton.me

· Aura Numismatics is not responsible for any additional taxes, special tariffs, customs duties, etc. which can be incurred by you on the importation of the purchased item in the destination country and it is your responsibility to obtain information from the relevant authorities of the destination country in relation to any such taxes, tariffs, duties that may be due, as well as prohibitions (if any) on the importation of the purchased item(s). Aura Numismatics has no responsibility in relation to any problems that arise with the relevant authorities of the destination country on the importation and for any additional sums due on the importation of the purchased items into the destination country.

3.3.Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

· PayPal – PayPal is a secure method of payment and this means that this website does not receive details of your bank account, credit and/or debit cards. If you do not have a PayPal account, please register for free at www.paypal.com. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments take place via trusted third party vendor, PayPal.

· If for any reason you cannot use PayPal, please contact Aura Numismatics by email to auranumismatics@proton.me before purchasing an item to discuss other payment methods.

3.4.Shipping

· The purchased item(s) will ship within 1 – 2 days from receipt of payment. If there is any reason for delay we will contact you. In the rare case of an item being out of stock we will refund you or give you the opportunity to use this as credit against the purchase price of another item.

· Shipping will be carried out by the Irish Postal Services, An Post (www.anpost.ie). In cases where you would like the item(s) to be delivered by any other shipping company, please contact Aura Numismatics by email to auranumismatics@proton.me and will try to accommodate you. You will be obliged to pay the delivery costs for your chosen shipping company or shipping method such as courier costs, express post, etc.

3.5.Cancellations, Exchange and Returns Policy

· If you wish to return an item please email us at auranumismatics@proton.me within 7 days of receipt of same, stating the reason for the return. The item needs to be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, where possible.

· If you wish to return an item you have purchased from this website and you deem inauthentic, please see Par. 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Lifetime Product Guarantee

· All our items are authentic and are purchased from authorised dealers and suppliers.

· In the unlikely case of an item purchased from us deemed inauthentic, you can return the item at any time and get a refund in full of the purchase price and the delivery costs on receipt of the item together with:-

(1) a proof that it was purchased from us (with a receipt of purchase); and(2) an opinion, in writing, from an industry recognised authentications expert, such as (1) Ancient Coins Certification Service (ACCS); (2) The Professional Coin Grading Service (PSGS); (3) The Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC); (4) Fleur de Coin; (5) Paper Money Grading (PMG) , etc. that the item is not authenticated.
